Job Description
We are hiring skilled Painters (Decorators) for residential and commercial finishing projects in Doha, Qatar. The role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, varnish, and decorative finishes to both interior and exterior areas. Candidates must have an eye for detail, steady hands, and experience with a variety of painting tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare walls and surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired shade
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
Ensure smooth and even coating and maintain high-quality finishes
Repair cracks, holes, and other imperfections before painting
Maintain painting tools and equipment properly after use
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education: High school diploma or vocational training in painting or decoration
Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years in professional painting or finishing work
Strong knowledge of paint types, materials, and surface preparation
Ability to work at heights and handle various painting equipment
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team
