We are hiring a qualified and proactive Construction Manager to oversee ongoing construction projects across Birmingham, UK. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
This position offers a great opportunity to lead large-scale developments and collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors in one of the UK’s fastest-growing cities.
Plan, coordinate, and manage all construction activities on-site
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards
Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams
Review project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules
Conduct regular inspections and resolve any technical or operational issues
Prepare progress reports and communicate with clients and senior management
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years in project or site management within the UK construction sector
Strong knowledge of building regulations, health and safety standards, and modern construction techniques
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera
This position qualifies for the UK Skilled Worker Visa

Meet the minimum salary threshold (currently £38,700 or the going rate for the occupation)
Demonstrate English proficiency at CEFR B1 level or higher
Annual salary of £58,000
