Job Description
A well-established restaurant in London is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join its dynamic kitchen team. The role involves preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the restaurant’s standards
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain food quality and consistency
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety are maintained at all times in the kitchen
Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients as required
Train and support junior kitchen staff when needed

Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Eligibility to work in the UK
