Job Description
A leading service provider in Nottingham is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Agent to join its administrative team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service delivery across multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
Assist customers with product information, billing, and technical support
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company system
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently
Follow company policies and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or call center environments preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM systems
