A reputable company in Sheffield is looking for an organized and proactive HR Assistant to support its Human Resources department. The role involves assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job adverts and scheduling interviews
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Prepare employment contracts, letters, and onboarding documents
Support payroll and attendance tracking activities
Handle employee inquiries and ensure confidentiality in HR matters
Assist in organizing training sessions and staff development programs

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software
Eligibility to work in the UK
