Job Description
A reputable maintenance and facilities management company in Dubai is looking for skilled HVAC Technicians to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The candidate should be experienced in diagnosing faults and ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities
Install, inspect, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment
Perform routine maintenance and system testing
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in air conditioning units
Replace or repair defective parts and ensure quality workmanship
Follow company safety procedures and UAE maintenance regulations
Prepare daily service reports and update maintenance logs

Requirements
Diploma or certification in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician in the UAE or GCC
Good knowledge of split units, package units, and chillers
Ability to read technical diagrams and perform troubleshooting
Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
Physically fit and able to work in various environments
