Job Description
A well-established café chain in Dubai is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light snacks. The ideal candidate should have a friendly personality, attention to detail, and passion for customer service.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating area
Operate coffee machines and ensure proper calibration
Handle cash and process payments efficiently
Assist in restocking supplies and reporting low inventory
Follow hygiene, food safety, and health standards at all times

Requirements
Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role preferred
Knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and espresso machines
Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
