Job Description
A logistics and distribution company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, inventory management experience, and the ability to ensure smooth coordination between teams.

Responsibilities
Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks efficiently
Monitor the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
Ensure accurate inventory management and regular stock audits
Maintain warehouse safety standards and cleanliness
Coordinate with logistics and procurement departments
Prepare daily reports on stock levels, deliveries, and operations
Train and guide new warehouse staff

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience (UAE experience preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse software
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage
