Job Description
A well-known restaurant in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking friendly and service-oriented Waiters and Waitresses to join their hospitality team. The role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the restaurant.

Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
Ensure tables are set, clean, and organized before and after each service
Handle customer requests and complaints politely and efficiently
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment preferred
Good communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage)
Presentable appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Team player with good time management skills
