Job Description

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in finding desired products
Provide product information and recommendations to enhance sales
Ensure shelves are fully stocked and displays are maintained neatly
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
Achieve individual and store sales goals as assigned by management
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and cash-handling knowledge
Fluent in Russian; basic English is an advantage
Energetic, well-groomed, and team-oriented
