Job Description

We are seeking experienced Plasterers to join our finishing team in Al Rayyan, Qatar. The selected candidates will be responsible for applying plaster and decorative coatings to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. The ideal candidate should have good craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of finishing techniques for both residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Apply coats of plaster or stucco to interior and exterior walls and ceilings
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying bonding agents
Mix plaster materials to achieve the required consistency
Repair cracks, holes, and damaged surfaces before applying plaster
Ensure smooth and even finishes that meet design and quality standards
Use hand and power tools efficiently and safely
Collaborate with other construction and finishing workers on-site

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education: Technical diploma or training in plastering or construction finishing
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in plastering or decorative finishing work
Knowledge of various plaster types and application methods
Good physical stamina and attention to surface detail
Ability to follow blueprints and instructions accurately
Strong teamwork and communication skills
