A reputable administrative services company in Al Ain is seeking organized and detail-oriented Office Assistants to support daily office operations. The role involves handling clerical tasks, assisting staff, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

Responsibilities
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally
Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing reports
Support management and staff with administrative tasks
Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed
Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the office area

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in an office or administrative role
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Polite, reliable, and team-oriented personality
