Job Description
A reputable construction company in Dubai is seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Laborers to assist in various on-site tasks, including material handling, equipment setup, and general site preparation. The ideal candidates should be physically fit, punctual, and able to work effectively under supervision in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning and removing debris
Load and unload building materials and equipment
Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete or asphalt when required
Support skilled tradesmen such as masons, carpenters, and electricians
Operate basic tools and machinery safely
Follow supervisors’ instructions and maintain site safety standards

Requirements
Previous experience in construction or manual labor preferred
Physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks
Basic knowledge of safety procedures on construction sites
Ability to understand simple work instructions in English or Arabic
Team player with a strong work ethic and discipline
