Job Description
A well-known restaurant in Kazan is seeking friendly and professional Waiters / Waitresses to provide excellent customer service and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests promptly with courtesy and professionalism
Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and deliver them efficiently
Ensure tables are set properly and kept clean throughout service
Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints politely and efficiently
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times

Requirements
Previous experience as a waiter or waitress preferred but not required
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Basic understanding of food and beverage service etiquette
Good communication skills in Russian (English is an advantage)
Neat and presentable appearance
