Job Description
A well-established logistics and distribution company in Yekaterinburg is seeking reliable Warehouse Assistants to help with daily warehouse operations. The successful candidates will handle inventory, packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow within the facility.
Responsibilities
Receive, unpack, and organize incoming goods and materials
Prepare and package items for shipment according to company standards
Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software
Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks
Ensure cleanliness, order, and safety in the warehouse area
Report damaged or missing goods immediately
Support other warehouse team members and follow supervisor instructions
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics work
Basic computer skills (inventory software knowledge preferred)
Physically fit and able to lift moderate loads
Good teamwork and time management skills
Basic Russian language skills (English is a plus)
Legal residence or valid work permit in Russia
