Job Description

Supervise construction sites to ensure projects are executed according to design specifications and safety standards
Coordinate daily activities of construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers
Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with Qatar’s building codes
Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, architects, and project managers
Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation
Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions when necessary
Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are consistently maintained
Mentor and guide junior site staff to develop their skills and efficiency

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in site supervision for construction projects, preferably in the Gulf region
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes in Qatar
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong organizational and communication abilities
Problem-solving mindset and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
