Job Description

Develop and analyze structural designs for various projects, ensuring compliance with Qatar’s building codes
Perform structural calculations to guarantee safety, stability, and design reliability
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and maintaining quality standards
Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineering teams for smooth project execution
Create accurate 3D structural models and technical documentation using Revit
Mentor junior team members in Revit usage and oversee model quality and specifications
Lead and manage a team, effectively delegating tasks and ensuring project accountability
Conduct quality reviews of calculations, drawings, and deliverables to meet company standards
Stay informed on Qatar’s local codes and regulations, ensuring designs are compliant
Prepare and submit documentation for regulatory approvals as required

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably with a strong portfolio of projects in the Gulf region
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Revit for structural modeling and documentation
Proficiency in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD Pro)
Strong knowledge of Qatar’s building codes and standards
Soft Skills:
Excellent project management and leadership abilities
Strong organizational and communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges
