Job Description

Design, develop, and supervise electrical systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with Qatar’s regulations and safety standards
Perform load calculations, circuit designs, and system analysis for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
Manage electrical project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient completion
Collaborate with clients, architects, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution
Create detailed technical drawings, schematics, and documentation using AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar software
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems on-site
Mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to quality standards
Conduct quality reviews and ensure compliance with codes and company standards
Stay updated on the latest electrical codes, technologies, and best practices in Qatar

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical engineering projects, preferably in the Gulf region
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, and electrical design software
Strong knowledge of Qatar’s electrical codes and regulations
Experience in project management and team leadership
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Team-oriented with proactive approach to challenges
